With Thomson you can now book your whole holiday or just the bits that suit you – just the flight, your accommodation, your car hire and much more.

Depending on which combination of products you choose to book, your terms and conditions could vary. 

The following details the different types of products available and the applicable terms and condtions:

Thomson Plus Holiday

This product offers you combinations Thomson hotels and Thomsonfly flights at an inclusive price.  This product enjoys the protection of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992, such as ATOL protection, as well as other benefits, such as transfer to your destination, hand picked accommodation, local assistance, etc.

Thomson Plus Hotel

This product offers you a great selection of hotels, etc.  that have been handpicked by us and you will enjoy benefits, such as local assistance. To view our Thomson Plus Hotel terms and conditions please click here. As this is a single component, the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 do not apply.

Cities Hotel

This product offers you a broad range of hotels in most major cities that have been handpicked by us. To view our Cities Hotel terms and conditions please click here. As this is a single component, the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 do not apply.

Thomsonfly flights

This product offers you a great selection of Thomsonfly flights from over 20 UK airports to an even larger number of destinations at competitive prices.  To view our Thomsonfly flight terms and conditions please click here.  As this is a single component, the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 do not apply. However, unless the first leg of your journey commences outside the UK, your flight with be ATOL protected. 

Build Your Own (“BYO”)

This is a ‘build your own’ facility that allows you to select, assemble and arrange the individual travel product components you want from a huge selection of Thomson or third party hotels, Thomsonfly and third party flights and other Thomson and third party travel product components (such as car rental and local excursions), always only paying the aggregate, total price; as it is a “shopping basket” you can add or remove travel product components and will only be charged for what you book. This is not a package and therefore it is not protected under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
