Thomson Call Centre Jobs

These are no ordinary call centre jobs. Working in one of our call centres you could be part of sales team arranging family holidays, cruises, weekend breaks or tailor made trips to destinations in Africa and Asia.

Alternatively you could be part of Sales Support Team, chasing up requests and dealing with flight changes. Or maybe as a member of our pre-departure team, dealing with any changes that might be required before the customer departs.

As you’ll spend most of your time on the phone, you’ll need good, clear communication skills as well as a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Our call centres are in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Peterlee, Coventry, Swansea, Harlow and Kingston. You will need to be available for the full opening hours of the call centres, which will include evenings and weekends.
